2019 Robots@CNE at the Canadian National Exhibition

On Aug. 23 to 25, 2019, the Pink Titans competed at Robots@CNE in the Enercare Centre, Toronto. The event was part of the Canadian National Exhibition and an opportunity to showcase the FIRST program. The team reiterated the hatch mechanism and score more hatches per match than before. The team scored season high points with 93 twice: Once with partners FRC 1310 - Runnymede Robotics and 865 - WARP 7, then again with FRC 1310 - Runnymede Robotics and 3683 - Team DAVE. Furthermore, the Pink Titans were alliance captains for the first time in the team's history: Aug. 23 - Alliance 5 with FRC 6867 Panthera Tech and 771 - SWAT; Aug. 24 - Alliance 6 with FRC 4939 - Allspark 9 and 4618 - Newman Robotics. On Aug. 25, the team was part of Alliance 8, captained by FRC 2706 - Merge Robotics and FRC - 1075 Sprockets. This alliance made to the semi-finals.
At Robots@CNE, the Pink Titans presented Kim Cooper, Vice-President of Partnerships for FIRST Robotics Canada, and Annika Pint, FIRST Administrator for the Toronto District School Board, with plaques as a show of thank you for gracious support in the 2019 season.
