2018 FIRST Ontario District Ryerson University Event
Mattamy Athletic Centre, Toronto.  March 16 to 17, 2018

  On Mar. 16 & 17, 2018, the Pink Titans competed at the Ontario District Ryerson University Event with a record of five wins, 9 loses, ranked 23rd of 37 teams.  The team was the first pick by the Seventh Alliance captain, FRC 6378 - LYNX from Mississauga, ON.  The Seventh Alliance (FRC 6378, 5719, 4001 Rams Robotics from Thornhill, ON) competed up to the Quarter Finals.  The team was pleased of the robot's ability to score in the vault for the first time in the 2018 Power Up! season at Ryerson University.
  Qualification Matches 5 and 8 were the best matches by FRC 5719 - Pink Titans on Mar. 16, 2018.  In Qual. Match 5, the Pink Titans scored six cubes into the switch and scored three cubes into the vault.  In Qual. Match 8, the Pink Titans scored five cubes on to the scale and one cube into the switch.  Full credit to FRC 5406 - Celt-X for recording the matches and uploading to their YouTube channel.
In an interview on Twitch.tv.  Brendan Simons, Lead Technical Mentor of FRC 5406 (captain of winning alliance) kindly commented on the Pink Titans' ability to tune the punch shot to score cubes on to the second level of the scale.
