The STEMley Cup Championship

On Nov. 3, 2018, the Pink Titans competed in The STEMley Cup Championship at St. Marys Catholic Secondary School in Hamilton, Ontario. This was the third time that the team completed in this annual event. The team scored personal bests in number of power cubes on the Scale (5) and number of power cubes in the Vault (9). The team also tested the implementation of EVO shifters for the first time. The robot played defense timely and successfully, preventing high-scoring teams from reaching the Scale. The Pink Titans were also honoured to have been nominated for the Hip? Check! Award for best team imagery. Thank you FIRST teams 4039 (MakeShift Robotics) and 5406 (Celt-X) for hosting, organizing, and the opportunity to compete at your event.
