Pink Titans as Youth Mentors Of The Year in FIRST LEGO League
Rubika Nanthakumar (below) earned the Youth Mentor Award at the FLL Toronto East - Woburn Qualifying Tournament, offering help to the Gordon Gators.
Dec. 17, 2016. Manahil Rauf (top right) earned the Youth Mentor Award at the FLL Toronto East - Woburn Qualifying Tournament, helping the Raccoon Rascals (FLL 2014) to the FLL Ontario Provincial Tournament in January 2017.

Oct. 21 and 22, 2015. Volunteers and participants at Fall Fiesta Off-Season Event of FIRST Robotics Competition. New students to FIRST Robotics experienced the exciting, engaging tournament format.
May 11, 2015. Members of FIRST Robotics Team 5719 at STEM Spring Showcase of the Toronto District School Board. Team members discussed benefits of a robotics program with teachers and students interested in implementing one at their schools. Junior students controlled the VEX robot.

Mar. 11, 2015. Members of FIRST Robotics Team 5719 introduced the robot to students at Donwood Park Jr. P. S. - a feeder school of David & Mary Thomson C. I. Some of the students who interacted with the robot were members of FIRST Lego League Teams 1952 and 2014. Many students expressed interest to continue robotics at Thomson.
Mar. 13, 2015. FIRST Robotics Team 5719 invited 30 students from Knob Hill Junior Public School to their first FIRST event. The students and teacher really enjoyed their day and expressed interest in joining the FIRST Lego League. In Fall of 2016, a few of the students joined Thomson's VEX Robotics Team.
